Bill is an enhancer; he understands what needs to be done in the current state of the underwater-world. His love for the Philippines and for the western Pacific Ocean is well known. His passion for photography pushes him to travel the world, not only as an explorer of the underwater world, but also as an explorer of cultures with a deep respect for all.
We dive into his life path, experiences and jobs. He has so many stories to tell you that we are going to do at least two post, so you can enjoy those wonderful stories and learn from him as much as I did listening to him.

About Bill:
I’m a former U.S. Navy photographer and photo-journalist. I live in the U.S. territory of Guam, in the Western Pacific Ocean. I love to travel and have visited 29 countries (so far). I was certified as a PADI Open Water Diver in 1982. Today, I’m a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer and teach part-time while I’m attending college. I’m currently a full-time student at the University of Guam where I’m taking classes towards a BS in Biology.
I moved to Guam for the ease of access to much of the worlds great diving. Not only is Micronesia at our doorstep, it’s only a short flight to the Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The diving in Guam is pretty good too 🙂
