Nathan Fillion is a Canadian actor. He played the leading roles of Captain Malcolm “Mal” Reynolds on Firefly and its film continuation Serenity, and Richard Castle on Castle. As of 2018, he stars as John Nolan on The Rookie.

Interestingly Mr. Fillon is known for being a passionate diver and nature lover. Michael Rosenbaum interviewed Nathan in his podcast “Inside of You”. Mr. Rosenbaum did a wonderful job in the interview because he gave the opportunity for Mr. Fillon to be open. He talks about his life lessons in a very candid way.

Nathan has a wonderful character, does not take himself seriously and it is down to earth. I really enjoyed this wonderful conversation.
